Choosing albums
Choose Favorites, an album of yours, or an iCloud Shared Album. VidaFrame plays stills from the library iCloud Photos syncs to this iPad. A photo appears on the frame after it has synced to the device.
Shared albums
Choose an iCloud Shared Album. When family add a photo, it shows up on the frame on its own. The album has to be one this iPad already receives in Photos. People add photos in the Photos app, the same way they do now.
Home controls
Swipe up from the frame for Apple Home. You can control the lights, scenes, locks, and thermostats available on this iPad. VidaFrame uses Home on the device. It does not ask you to create an account.
Weather and VidaFrame Plus
VidaFrame Plus is $0.49 a month. It removes the notice and adds weather. Weather requests send an approximate location to Apple WeatherKit. Photos and Home stay on the device with or without Plus. Apple bills the subscription.
Restoring purchases
Plus follows the Apple ID that subscribed. On the iPad, sign in with that Apple ID, open VidaFrame, and use Restore Purchases. If it does not return, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and confirm that Apple ID is the one that paid.
Canceling a subscription
Cancel with Apple. Anagraphe Tech cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. On the iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then VidaFrame Plus, then Cancel Subscription. You can also manage it on the Apple subscriptions page. Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep Plus until the period you already paid for ends.
